Value Engineering Three of our most important engineering objectives are to manufacture graphic programs to meet all safety standards, protect the intent of client designs and deliver the right price. Always looking for cost effective ideas to pass along to the customer, LSI Graphic Solutions Plus will adjust designs for optimal yield or to employ better manufacturing processes. We identify opportunities to trade specialized items or practices with more cost effective solutions that achieve the intended results. Design Support LSI Graphic Solutions Plus works with in-house client teams and retail design firms to support and implement design strategies. Once designs are established, our team of creative professionals learns and understands their intent, and upholds the integrity throughout the production process. Concentrating on the materialization of the concept, we converge on how designs withstand in the field, and interject creative ideas to enhance the design solution. Our purpose is to design quality, durability and performance into every program. Project Management Often referred to as the “Hub,” our project management departments are the facilitating factors between sales and manufacturing. Customers look to these skilled associates for day-to-day assistance, knowing they’ll receive timely answers and definite results. Implementation At LSI Graphic Solutions Plus we believe that every project deserves to be treated like a program - demanding a structured plan be established and a series of events executed, to result in the total realization of a clients vision. Our implementation teams perform large scale, image conversion rollouts by mastering client specific logistics and lining up resources to support the program. From preparing budgets and schedules, to organizing manpower and training sessions, we’ll provide any level of assistance to reach the completion stage successfully. Our turnkey solution, including construction management and permitting and variance negotiation, can be joined with LSI Graphic Solutions Plus’ manufacturing capabilities or offered as a stand-alone service. Inventory Management We offer inventory management services to help our clients evolve with their growing businesses. Supported by thousands of square feet of warehousing space and a centralized inventory tracking system, our customers experience flexibility in executing growth strategies and reacting to changes in their business.
